Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Farmery is not responsible for any delays incurred from third-party shipping services (i.e. Canada Post, Fed Ex, UPS etc.) Any questions regarding delays due to third-party shipping services are to be directed to them.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Local delivery
Free local delivery is available for orders over $75 within Winnipeg, Manitoba. For orders under $75, we charge $20 for local delivery.
Deliveries may be made 9am-6pm on Tuesdays & Thursdays, excluding weekends. We will contact you via email with the email you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. If any issues arise re: delivery for those above-stated days, we will contact you to offer alternate delivery options.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 2b-2 Donald Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba . After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and marked ready for pick up ASAP. This time frame can range from a couple of hours to 1-2 days. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready to be picked up.
Our in-store pickup hours are the same as our business hours, please refer to our hours of operation.
Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come, either printed out or on your phone.
International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping automatically through our website.
If you're outside of Canada and wish to order our products, please contact us at beer@farmery.ca and we will work with you to place and ship an order, if possible. Please note that alcoholic products are generally restricted products in the majority of countries and shipping as a result will incur higher customs duties and delays.
Please note that Farmery Estate Brewery is not responsible for import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow some time for the tracking information to become available (1-2 business days).

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at beer@farmery.ca with your name and order number, and we will do our best to assist you in liasing with the third-party shipping service to track your order.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Refunds, returns and exchanges ONLY applies to our apparel, and does not apply to our consumable goods (i.e., food & beverage).
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at beer@farmery.ca with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
